The Best Big Sister Ever!!

I must admit that I was a bit nervous about the huge age gap that was going to exist between my girls.  I worried for nothing! Chandler is without a doubt the best big sister. She told me a few weeks after Cameron was born that she had been waiting a long time for Cameron to come. I said I had to wait 9 long months. She said "That's nothing. I've been waiting my whole life!" I teared up. She is so excited to be a big sister!

I was also worried that Chandler would be jealous of Cameron. Since she was an only child for 7 years, I thought the adjustment would be hard on her. But it has not been. Chandler LOVES Cameron. And the feeling is mutual.

No one can make Cameron smile that way Chandler can.

Chandler has been a wonderful help to us. She will happily get diapers, pacifiers and toys when we need them. She will play with Cameron and entertain her for us. She does all of it with such a happy heart.

She reads to her, sings to her, and makes Cameron dance. She has begun to teach Cameron to mimic her sounds and even got her to laugh her very first real laugh!  I am so proud of Chandler and what a wonderful big sister she is. I make sure to tell her all the time.

I love watching my girls interact. I adore them both and am so happy they clearly adore each other. I can not wait to see their relationship, sisterhood and friendship continue to grow.

Cameron is 3 months old!

Cameron is 3 months old!! That is so hard to believe. Time is flying by!

She had a big milestone this month. She slept through the night!! 3 times in a row. She went to bed at 10pm and slept until 6:30 am when i had to wake her up.  Of course as soon as I announced it on Facebook she hasn't done it since.

She is a very snugly baby. Her favorite place to still sleep is on Mommy and Daddy's lap. She loves to lay across us and burrow her face in the pillow.

She continues to be an easy baby! So happy for that.

Only in Arizona can you wear short sleeves with a furry hat. Well maybe in Tennessee too!

She is very easy going. And takes lots of her naps on the go.

And yes she is defiantly a Mommy's girl.

She adores her big sister. In fact, I think Chandler might be her favorite person.

She is a great sleeper!

She is a very happy baby and will give smiles to anyone who smiles at her.

And oh how I love those cheeks and lips! I adore her and can't wait to see her grow.
